The form below is the preferred way to contact the GorBot team. Choose the reason that best matches your request; the selection determines which configured support mailbox receives the message.
Available reasons include:
- General Support — help using GorBot, commands, characters, NPCs, dashboard features, or general questions;
- Billing / Server Premium — subscriptions, Premium entitlement, billing, invoices, or payment-related questions;
- Account / Login — Discord sign-in or dashboard access problems;
- Server Owner Support — setup, permissions, onboarding, configuration, or owner/manager assistance;
- Economy / Currency — wallets, currency presets, organizations, jobs, exchange, or Economy Manager questions;
- Bug Report — something is not behaving as expected;
- Feature Suggestion / Feedback — product ideas, feature requests, and workflow feedback;
- Privacy / Data Request — privacy questions, access, correction, deletion, or data-handling requests;
- Security Concern — vulnerabilities or sensitive security concerns;
- Abuse / Moderation Concern — abuse reports or moderation concerns involving GorBot services;
- Legal — legal correspondence;
- Copyright / DMCA — copyright or DMCA matters;
- Other — requests that do not fit another category.
Do not include secrets. Never submit passwords, Discord bot tokens, API keys, database or mailbox passwords, OAuth client secrets, TOTP secrets or recovery codes, node credentials, bootstrap credentials, or other private authentication material.
No attachments The public Contact Us form accepts text only. File attachments are intentionally disabled to reduce malware, storage, privacy, and abuse risk. | Reply by email Provide a valid email address. GorBot sends your message into the appropriate support mailbox and sets your address as Reply-To so staff can respond normally. | Reference number After a message is accepted, GorBot gives you a reference such as GOR-YYYYMMDD-ABC123. Keep it if you need to follow up. |
Feedback now comes here too. GorBot no longer uses a separate public Beta Feedback inbox. Existing Submit Feedback links route to this Contact Us page with Feature Suggestion / Feedback selected, so public communication reaches email instead of being split across multiple admin inboxes.
